Instructions for use and user access

The Web page of the Public Ports Agency of Andalusia has a digital system to enable Agency Users exclusively to process different requests.

At the moment the module for consulting and payments is operative, to enable Agency users to access the following processes:

• Consult payments between two dates with the sums paid and pending payment.
• Consult and pay pending payments through credit/debit card.

To access these services you must be registered as a user of the Agency’s Website. To register, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Register button to access the user details page
2. Fill in the details that are requested and click on “Accept”
3. The user will receive an email with a confirmation message that will also indicate their access details.
