The Andalusian Public Harbours Agency provides on its website (http://oficina.puertosdeandalucia.es) a temporary moorings booking system for those marinas managed directly by the Agency. This system is equally available to those users registered on the Agency’s website as those non-registered users who wish to reserve a mooring.
The system operates in the following way:
The user interested in making a reservation must first fill in the details of the province, port, entry and exit dates, as well as the dimensions of the vessel, which must be equal to or greater than its maximum length and beam according to the established definition. in Art. 51 of Law 21/2007, of December 18. The user is responsible for the veracity of the information given about the size of the boat.
The system will show the availability of moorings at the chosen harbour and also in all the Agency’s remaining marinas.
Users may carry out the booking in any of the available harbours. If the user is a registered one they will be requested to supply the vessel’s details (name and matricula); in the case of a non-registered one their personal data will also be requested, which must match that of the boat owner
The user will be requested to pay 30% of the total fee online through credit/debit card. The system will implement the booking and will provide the user with a booking reference. Additionally, a communication will be sent to their email address stating all the details of the booking.
To speed up the procedures upon arrival at the port, the user can optionally include his/her ID/passport, vessel documentation and vessel insurance.
The payment of the outstanding amount of the T5 fee, plus the corresponding VAT, as well as the amounts corresponding to the remaining accrued fees, must be made at the beginning of the stay (art. 56, section II.1, Law 21/2007, of December 18); at that time, the settlement of all accrued fees will be issued, including the total of the T5, for the amounts that are in force at that time in accordance with the aforementioned Law 21/2007, of December 18.
